Sessions are designed to meet your individualized needs and goals. I take the time to identify and document your goals and develop a unique plan for you to meet them.
One on one attention to focus on your alignment with instructions specific for you.
As much hands-on assistance as you wish. Tactile cuing, if desired, provides input to help you learn faster and to get more out of your yoga practice. It may also result in the sensation of having a massage while doing yoga.
You have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback any time during the session.
You can book sessions to work with your schedule and practice at a location that is convenient to you (i.e. your home, office, park, or hotel). In person sessions are available in the New Orleans area and virtual sessions are also available!
